We automatically collect certain information when you use our platform, including IP addresses, browser type, device information, pages visited, and usage patterns. This helps us improve the platform and provide better service.

When your customers make purchases through your store, we process order-related information including delivery addresses, payment details (processed securely through Razorpay — we never store full card numbers), and order history.

We use your information to provide and operate the Commerce Synapse platform, including generating your branded storefront, processing payments via Razorpay, calculating GST, generating invoices, and facilitating shipping through our logistics partners.

We use analytics data to provide you with dashboard insights — such as orders from new cities, revenue trends, and customer demographics — so you can grow your business.

We may send you transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates, payment receipts) and, with your consent, marketing communications about platform updates, tips, and new features. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.

We share information with service providers who help us operate the platform: Razorpay for payment processing, shipping partners for logistics, AWS for cloud hosting and file storage, and email service providers for transactional communications.

We share necessary order information (delivery address, contact details) with shipping carriers to fulfill deliveries. Seller store information is publicly visible to customers as part of the storefront.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government regulation, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Commerce Synapse, our users, or the public.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest, secure authentication with JWT tokens, parameterized database queries to prevent injection attacks, and regular security audits.

Payment processing is handled by Razorpay, which is PCI DSS compliant. We never store, process, or transmit full credit card or debit card numbers on our servers.

While we take every reasonable precaution, no system is completely secure. We encourage you to use strong, unique passwords and to keep your login credentials confidential.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. You can update your account details through your seller dashboard or by contacting our support team.

You can request a copy of all data we hold about you. We will provide this within 30 days of your request.

You can delete your account and associated data by contacting us. Note that we may retain certain information as required by law (such as GST records, which must be kept for the period mandated by Indian tax law).
